1. What type of warranty comes with a Phantom Screen?
The Phantom screen comes with an industry leading limited lifetime warranty. Components are covered for life, and labor is provided free of charge for two years. This warranty excludes the mesh. (The mesh is independently replaceable)

2. What happens if a dog or cat run through the screen?
The mesh is fiberglass and can with stand a significant amount of abuse. That being said, all of our products come with extra mesh which allows our screens to "give" when walked into by either you, your kids, or the family dog!

3. Can I install the screen myself?
All of our screens are installed by our professional technicians. With our selection of sill extrusions and trims, your Phantom screens are custom fit to your particular door. We fabricate our products specifically to fit your opening. Almost all doors can be installed more than one way depending on the jambs, brick mold, sills and your preference.

4. Can you match the screen to the color of our house?
We offer eight standard colors white, brown, grey, almond, driftwood, black, green, and sandalwood. Besides the standard colors we offer custom coloring which will identically match the decor of your home.

5. What is the cost of a screen?
